I'm not sure what I want to take for sure, but the program I was thinking about would take around 4 years for the bachelors degree, and maybe a couple more added if I wanted to get my masters. I would recieve my degree in kinesiology. There are a few jobs that I could get with that degree, although the only one i'm interested in is a personal trainer. Job prospects are pretty good, its hard if you just take a personal training course, but if you go and get your degree more people will hire you. It will cost a couple thousand a year, depending on how many courses I take. For a scholorship I would need to get good grades and apply. There is other opportunities like bursaries. What surprised me most about the school was how small the classrooms were, some reminded me of highschool classes.
Their website is www.ufv.ca/home.htm. The most useful part of the day was walking around and seeing what UFV was like. There was a Tim Hortons there, and the campus was nice and newer looking, it was interesting!
